This also applies to cash on delivery.Currently cash on delivery only is possible in the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Czech Republic and Hungaria.

19 % discount of the german tax for deliveries to Non-EU Countries (Switzerland, Norway, Jersey...).

In the shopping cart the costs will be displayed, added or subtracted automatically.

For deliveries to Switzerland (20 €) and Norway (30 €), we need to calculate customs clearance fees.

Please note that an import tax of 8 % will be charged from the financial authorities of Switzerland, which we have to advance.This amount will be charged separately by DPD parcel service.

Free return / Taking back goods

You may return the goods received without specifying a reason within two weeks.

The easiest way for you to do this is to send pet-interiors a short e-mail headed Return.

We will confirm receipt of your e-mail and let you know at the same time when the package will be collected.

Please note: The goods can only be returned in their original packaging.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept unstamped packages.

The purchase price paid will be refunded at the latest within three working days of receipt of the goods.

Should there be delays, because of holiday season or other circumstances, you will be informed immediately.

You will get informations on leading times always with your order confirmation.

As soon as the parcel is on its way, you will get a tracking number by e-mail, beeing able to watch the delivery status online.
